Outer Banks, North Carolina

We've just returned from a lovely week in the Outer Banks, North Carolina with Peter's family. Lovely beach slightly remote area where you can relax, sit on the beach and read. We played with the kids (nieces and nephews), hung out with our siblings, and ate lots of yummy food.

For this trip the family rented a big house which we all stayed in together. OBX is pretty amazing for this because it is FILLED with large houses. Ours, for example, had 9 bedrooms, an enormous kitchen, theater room, etc. etc. etc. Perfect for our large family. We had an amazing, relaxing time! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous view en-route to the east coast!

Beautiful home (view from the sea)
